What is a Royal Advisor
A Royal Advisor accompanies all our characters to your event, helping them maximize time with the children while handling all objects and music to keep the magic alive! If you have any questions during your event, your Royal Advisor is happy to answer them. They remain in character throughout the event as well. (Royal Advisors go by many names, including Royal Advisor, Fairy Attendant, and Secret Agent.)
Who is our Intended Audience?
We cater to events for all ages, from a three-year-old’s birthday party and pacifier fairy visits to magical 9 ¾ celebrations! Each package can be adjusted to best suit the age of your group. While our most common age range is three to ten, we happily welcome guests of all ages—even those over ten (including Kings and Queens too!). For children under three, we suggest a 30- or 60-minute event to match their shorter attention spans, ensuring an enchanting experience for everyone.
What forms of Payment do you accept?
Our primary payment method is e-transfer using the password “Royal.” We require a minimum 50% deposit at least two weeks prior to your event, with the remaining balance payable via e-transfer by midnight the night before or in cash to your Royal Advisor on the day of. To ensure a smooth start to your event, we recommend completing your payment in full two weeks before the event date.
For small businesses and corporate clients, we also accept cheques; however, a fee will be applied for any NSF cheques. Please note that all payments must be completed before the event begins.
Where can events be held? /What weather conditions do I need to prepare for?
We love attending events in homes, parks, beaches, restaurants, and more!
If you’re booking us at a play center or alongside a bouncy castle (or other large attractions), please be aware that children may become distracted by these activities rather than interacting directly with the character. Our characters do their best to engage children with songs, games, and activities, but we like to let parents know ahead of time in case these moments occur.
Regarding Weather Conditions:

For Events in 30-Degree Heat: We require performers to be indoors or in a shaded, covered area for the duration of the event. If this isn’t possible, we can only accommodate a 30-minute event.

For Events with Potential Rain/unexpected weather conditions: In the event of rain/hail/thunder, we require performers to be indoors or in a covered area to keep them protected.

For Events in Snow: The event must be held indoors.
Depending on the temperatures at outdoor events, our characters may choose to wear their winter attire. This can be removed for photos but may remain on for the rest of the party.
Can I take photos of my event?
Of course! We welcome you to document the memories however you like (if you choose to post on social media we would love it if you would tag us in the magic @royalcourtprincessparties

We will ask for your permission the day before your event if we are allowed to take photos at your event for our social media (all images containing guests on this website and our social media have been granted permission from prior parties)
Do you only offer Birthday Parties
